The Discussion Meet is a competitive experience designed to model real-world committee dynamics. Participants develop strong communication skills, deepen their knowledge of current agricultural issues, and learn to collaborate toward practical solutions. We provide comprehensive study materials, so experience isn't necessary. The top state participant will receive a $3,000 award and an expense-paid trip to the national convention in Oklahoma City. The national winner receives a $35,000 credit towards a new Ford vehicle!

Compete Locally & Beyond: Semi-finals take place December 10, 2026, in Columbus. The Final Four advance to the Winter Leadership Experience in January 2027, with the state winner heading to Oklahoma City for nationals!

Eligibility Quick Check:
Farm Bureau member aged 18 to 35 (born on or after January 18, 1992)
Actively engaged in agriculture
Able to attend state rounds on December 10, 2026, and January 22, 2027
