Big news for Maine homebuyers! 🎉 MaineHousing has increased its income and purchase price limits, making it possible for even more buyers to qualify for valuable homeownership programs starting TODAY, June 1, 2026.

Depending on where in Maine you're buying, eligible purchase price limits are now as high as $565,000 for single-family homes in many areas, with increased income limits as well.
