🚨Please READ:
With the expected damaging weather approaching our area today and into the rest of this week, please take note of some helpful tips and ways to file a claim:
* Make sure you have a safety plan for you family and everyone is aware of it ⛑️
* Secure any outdoor items such as trampolines, furniture, outdoor play sets 🛝
* Once damage has occurred, take steps to mitigate further damage
* Takes lots of pictures and videos of the damage 📸
* If a tree falls on your home, your detached structure or is blocking the means of egress to your home i.e. your driveway - have it removed. If your tree falls in your yard and does not apply to the above - that is your responsibility as a homeowner to have it removed 🏡🏚️
* If your neighbor’s tree or other debris blows onto your home, your detached structure and causes damages to your property - that falls under your policy, not theirs.
* Please do not drive through flooded roadways. If you cannot see the road, turn around 🌊🚗
* Please be aware of ‘storm chasers’ entering our area. Only obtain estimates from licensed and professional contractors.
