2026 FHFA Conforming Loan Limits Are Here
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has released the new conforming loan limits for 2026.
In most U.S. counties, the limit for 1‑unit properties will increase to $832,750, up $26,250 from 2025.
