We are officially open and excited to serve the Fallon community with all of your title and escrow needs! 💙 Please help us welcome the amazing team behind our Fallon office!

🏡 Rena Alvarez – Escrow Officer

Rena brings more than 8 years of title and escrow experience to the team, along with an extensive background as a Realtor in Texas and a Mobile Notary Signing Agent for over 16 years. Her well-rounded industry knowledge and passion for helping others make her an incredible resource for clients and agents alike.

Rena is a proud mother of three sons and three bonus daughters, as well as a loving grandmother to three grandchildren. She loves the strong sense of community Fallon offers and says the people are one of the things she loves most about the area — second only to her husband! Outside of the office, Rena enjoys cooking for others and staying actively involved in nonprofit organizations that raise scholarship funds to support education and future business leaders.

🌟 Kaitlyn Anderson – Title & Escrow Assistant

Kaitlyn has been in the title and escrow industry for just over two years and has quickly developed a passion for both sides of the business. On the title side, she enjoys researching the rich and colorful history of Nevada land and is always eager to take on new challenges while supporting her escrow officers. On the escrow side, she loves working closely with members of her community, helping clients through the process, and building lasting relationships along the way.

Originally from the Douglas-Carson area, Kaitlyn has called Fallon home for the past six years. She appreciates the area’s agricultural roots, welcoming community, and the diversity brought by the local Navy base. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys art, gardening, swimming, attending local events, reading, taking walks around town, and spending quality time with family and friends.

We are so excited for this new chapter in Fallon and look forward to serving this wonderful community! 👏
