We are looking for a new team member to help us help our clients, and I thought it might be a good idea to share a bit of our philosophy in hopes of finding someone who would like to learn what we have to share.
It is important to us that we provide the best service possible to our clients. We do this with a blend of “old school” in person or phone conversations and “new school” technology including tools such as Skype, Chat, email and text.
Having been around awhile, and having successfully embraced the personal approach to customer service for twenty years here in our fine town, I feel we can add a lot to an employee’s understanding of the best way to blend the two approaches and provide a great experience for all of our clients. Regardless of our clients communication preferences, expected levels of interaction or their ability to navigate through the myriad of technical options available to us today, our challenge will always be to provide great service.
I feel that there is still a place in our world for this type of personal service, and I feel that people appreciate this type of service as much as they appreciate the convenience of technology. The personal approach is much more efficient and helpful for the client when it comes to challenging issues that don’t happen every day, such as a smashed-up car or a flooded home. I also believe that the time I get to spend working with our clients on a personal level is the best part of my day.
If you think you would like to learn how to blend the old and the new, how to provide service to all types of clients, how to work in an industry that has been around for more than one hundred years, and will most likely be around for another hundred, please send a resume to me at [email protected] or drop one by the office and say Hi!
I believe what we have to share will help just about anyone navigate through the business world in these changing times.
My experience is that the skills you gain in our environment, and the relationships you build with your co-workers, our clients and vendors will stay with you throughout your life.
We look forward to meeting you.
Sincerely,
Tom Logue
