A slow drip might not seem urgent, but ignoring it can lead to water damage, mold, damaged floors and walls, and a much bigger repair bill. In some cases, letting a known leak go unaddressed could even result in an insurance claim being denied due to negligence.

**Insurance Tip Tuesday:** Check under sinks, around appliances, and near your water heater regularly. And make sure you know where your main water shutoff is before you need it.
