Access your accounts by text on your mobile phone with our new Text Banking!

Simply send a question like “What is my available balance” to 508.928.4291 to get quick and easy answers without needing Wi-Fi. To sign up, simply enter your mobile number within Online Banking

All Online Banking users need to re-enroll to login. You can do this by clicking the “Enroll” button below “Continue” on the online banking screen. All users must re-enroll because our online banking vendor has changed and if you try to use your old username and password it will display an error message. Joint account owners will need to set up their own separate logins to view and access all the accounts associated with them.

All Mobile Banking users will need to download the new Alltrust Credit Union app and re-enroll if you have not already done so on Online Banking. You only need to create one login for all your accounts. If you have any difficulty with re-enrolling, you can call us at 508.994.9971 or stop by a branch for assistance.

We are experiencing higher than normal telephone calls. Please be patient as we work with each member to answer questions and help our members with the new online banking platforms.

Alltrust Credit Union

The update has been completed and services are now reactivated! We are currently experiencing higher than average calls and branch traffic. We are working to address all member issues in the order that they have been received and we thank all our members for their patience.

As a reminder, all members must re-enroll in online and telephone banking, and all mobile banking users must download the new Alltrust App. Updates and more information on the system upgrade can be found by visiting: www.alltrustcu.org/conversion-2022.

Follow our new Alltrust Credit Union page to stay up to date on important credit union news and updates!

All locations CLOSED: Due to the impending storm and anticipated dangerous road conditions, all Alltrust locations will be closed on Saturday, January 29th for the safety of members and employees. Branches will be closed on Monday, January 31st for the system conversion as well.

Branches will be open today Friday, January 28th until 6 p.m. All branches will open, and services will be reactivated on Tuesday, February 1st.

As a reminder, the Alltrust mobile app, online banking, and telephone banking are currently disabled until Tuesday, February 1st for the Conversion. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your membership and patience, stay safe and warm.

Reminder that New User registration for Online Banking and BillPay will be disabled tomorrow January 14th at 10:00 a.m. New User Registration for Online Banking and BillPay will resume after the system upgrade is complete on February 1st.

Be sure to follow our new page Alltrust Credit Union for reminders and updates as we approach the February 1st System update.

Important dates to remember as we approach the February 1st System Upgrade.

- January 14th at 10:00 a.m. – New user registration will be disabled for Online Banking and BillPay
- January 25th at 3:00 p.m. – BillPay will be deactivated; new payees and scheduling of BillPays cannot be added after this date until after the conversion is complete
- January 28th at 3:00 p.m. – The following services will be deactivated: Online Banking, Mobile Banking App/Mobile Deposit, Online Account Opening, Online Loan Applications, Telephone Banking.
- January 28th at 4:00 p.m. – Debit cards will go into “stand-in mode”
- January 31st – All locations and the ITMs will be closed
- February 1st – Branches and ITMs will re-open and services will be reactivated
