Congratulations to Our Q3 Professional Development Grant Recipient, Mandi!
We are proud to recognize Mandi as our Q3 Professional Development Grant recipient! Mandi is passionate about bringing people together, strengthening community connections, and creating opportunities for individuals to feel more connected to the places they call home.
At the heart of Mandi’s work is a passion for creating a sense of belonging. She believes strong communities are built when people feel connected to their neighbors, valued, and empowered to get involved. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating programs and opportunities that strengthen relationships, encourage participation, and help people become more engaged in their communities.
With the support of this $1,000 Professional Development Grant, Mandi will attend a conference in Denver that brings together nonprofit professionals to learn from one another and explore new approaches to community engagement and neighborhood placemaking. She plans to bring those ideas and perspectives back to her community, using what she learns to strengthen programs, build meaningful connections, and create more opportunities for people to get involved.
Mandi’s long-term goal is to become a leader in community impact, bringing people and organizations together to address local needs and create lasting, positive change.
