🐾✨ WELL, THIS ISN’T YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY! ✨🐾

Today started with signing paperwork, creating a NEW business partnership, and taking another step toward protecting more families! ❤️🙌

But because no two days are ever the same, we also got to play a little game of “save the dog” as one furry friend decided to run relentlessly around their gated back parking lot! 🐶😂

Protecting families AND saving fur babies? Now THAT’S what I call a productive morning! 🐾💼❤️

And we have even MORE reason to celebrate today! 🎉🥳 CONGRATULATIONS TO MECAYLA ON HER VERY FIRST CLOSE! 🎉👏 There is nothing more exciting than watching our team take those first steps, build confidence, and start making things happen! This is just the beginning, Mecayla! Keep that momentum going! 🔥💪

I love that this career gives me the opportunity to build relationships, help people protect what matters most, and celebrate wins—both big and small—with an amazing team!

And the day is still young… 👀🚀

Let’s see what kind of excitement we can get into next! Who knows what this day has in store! ❤️

✨ If you want your future to look different, you have to be willing to make changes today.

The habits, routines, and mindset that got you where you are may not be the same ones that will take you where you want to go.

🔑 Old keys will never unlock new doors.
Growth requires action. Success requires change. New opportunities require a new approach.

As you start this week, ask yourself:

What am I going to change this week to get closer to the life, goals, and future I want?

Make this the week you stop waiting for change and start creating it. 💪🔥

💡 Monday Motivation from Regional Agency Director Whitney Ratliff

Want something different for yourself? Start moving different.
Growth happens when you step outside old habits, take new actions, and challenge yourself to level up.

🔑 Old keys don’t unlock new doors.
This week, be willing to make the changes that lead to the results you want.

One thing about working in rural communities… you NEVER know what your day is going to look like 😂🐓🐐

Today has already been one for the books! Started the morning by slamming on my brakes and sending everything in my floorboard flying because a chicken decided the middle of the road was the perfect place for a casual stroll. Now I’m headed to another part of town and there are THREE goats standing on the side of the road looking like they’re debating their next move. 😳

At this point, I’m just hoping they don’t decide today is the day they want to play Frogger with my vehicle! 🤣

Never a dull moment out here, but honestly… this is part of what makes these small-town work days so fun and memorable. ❤️🚗🌾

✨ Five-Star Weekend. Unforgettable Experience. Incredible Opportunity. ✨

With our Lights, Liberty, and Lakers recruiting contest, we were treated to nothing short of a VIP experience—red carpet treatment and a private suite to watch the Lakers play! 🏀🔥

We even got to meet Danny Green (former LA Lakers player) and talk to him about what his future looks like and get our items autographed 😁🤩

But what makes this even more special isn’t just the experience—it’s the company behind it all.
At Globe Life Liberty National Division, it’s not just about working hard… it’s about being poured into. From top-tier training and mentorship to giving us every tool we need to succeed, they truly invest in us. And then? They turn around and create moments like this—where we can unwind, celebrate, connect, and continue growing together in an electric atmosphere.

This past weekend in LA was absolutely amazing, and I’m beyond grateful. Experiences like this are just a glimpse of what’s possible here—and I cannot WAIT to see what’s next. 🙌 (Check out Waymo....the wave of the future with a self-driving vehicle that took us all the way to Hollywood!)

🚨 And yes—we’re hiring! 🚨
