Marie Meance is a seasoned financial professional, entrepreneur, real estate professional, and community advocate whose career has been defined by one central purpose: empowering families to build stronger financial futures while creating a legacy of service for generations to come.
Her professional journey includes experience with New Generation Insurance Agency in Brooklyn, New York, followed by a successful tenure with Prudential as a Registered Representative. She later built extensive experience in residential real estate through Family Dream Realty, helping families pursue the dream of homeownership.
Marie expanded her entrepreneurial leadership as the former Owner and CEO of A2Z Financial Mortgage Company in New Jersey, where her work brought together financial knowledge, real estate, and mortgage services.
Today, Marie serves as a Senior Marketing Director with World Financial Group, where she is passionate about developing leaders and expanding access to financial education. She has successfully trained and promoted two Senior Marketing Directors, reflecting her commitment not simply to personal achievement, but to helping others grow into leadership.
At the center of Marie’s mission is her unwavering commitment to financial literacy within the Haitian community. She believes financial knowledge can transform families, strengthen communities, and create generational change. Through education and mentorship, she is dedicated to helping individuals better understand the principles of financial independence, wealth building, protection, and legacy.
Her commitment to legacy extends far beyond financial services. Marie is also one of the founders of Emeance Legacy, an initiative dedicated to serving her remote native village of Lafond, Les Palmes, Haiti. In 2004, that vision took tangible form with the establishment of a school that has since grown to serve students through the high-school level.
But for Marie, education is only the beginning.
Her next vision is to help bring healthcare and professional opportunities directly to the people of Lafond through the development of a health clinic, with a long-term vision for a hospital and professional school. Her goal is to help create an enduring community infrastructure where children can be educated, families can receive needed healthcare, and future generations can develop professional skills without abandoning the community they call home.
