My clients see the result: a plan built around their goals, progress that reflects their priorities, and guidance tailored to their individual needs. What they may not see is the team, training, tools, and resources working behind the scenes to help me deliver that level of service.

I believe becoming a better professional means never getting too comfortable with what you already know. When I grow, my clients benefit, too.

Here's something you don't usually see in the typical day-to-day of a financial advisor 😄

Our Annual Advisor Conference in the Bahamas a couple of years ago brought colleagues together for time to learn, connect, and enjoy a change of scenery.

There's plenty of meaningful work behind this profession, but it's nice to look back at the experiences that happen outside the usual client meetings and office routines, too.

Summer, you were good to me.

As much as I love fall, I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to my favorite season. I love the long days, warm evenings, weekends outside, and most importantly, not being cold 😂

This photo from earlier this summer visiting with a friend feels like the perfect way to wrap up the season. Good company, good conversations, and plenty of sunshine.

I’ll happily take a few more weeks of this before I have to start reaching for a jacket!

What actually happens behind the scenes:
Questions. Conversations. Looking at the details. Running through different scenarios. And making sure there’s a clear picture of where things stand and where they could go next.

Some of the best financial conversations are less about checking a box and moving on, and more about taking the time to understand the full picture by giving clients space to ask questions, explore possibilities, and make informed decisions.

Sometimes “just a quick review” is where some of the most important conversations begin.

The team has grown, our roles have evolved, and we’ve taken on a whole lot more together. But the best part has stayed the same: getting to work with people who make the work better and a whole lot more fun.
