POV: You live in Maryland and find a trail that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the moment 🌿

Patapsco Valley State Park has so many trails to explore, and this one was such a beautiful little escape. I loved walking under the trees, enjoying the fresh air, and taking in all the peaceful views. It’s one of those places that reminds me how much natural beauty we have right here in Maryland.

I’d definitely come back to explore more trails here! Which one should I try next?

One of my Maryland gems 🌿🌊 Downs Park in Pasadena is such a peaceful place to spend time outdoors. Take a relaxing walk, find a spot to sit and enjoy the Chesapeake Bay views, or bring the kids to the playground. There’s a dog beach too, and I loved seeing the pups enjoy the water! 🐶

🚗 $8 per vehicle

Check for current dog beach access before you go, since shoreline improvements are underway.

🏡 “Mortgage rates are too high right now!”

I hear this from clients all the time, and my advice is always the same: Don’t focus only on the interest rate. Focus on what you can comfortably afford.

Ask yourself:

✅ Can I qualify for a mortgage right now?

✅ Can I comfortably afford the monthly payment?

✅ Do I have the funds needed to purchase a home?

✅ Am I ready to invest in a home of my own instead of continuing to rent?

💡 Here’s something to consider: Waiting for lower rates doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get a better deal. Home prices could increase, your financial situation could change, and your purchasing power might look different next year.

Of course, buying a home is a big decision, and there’s no need to rush. But if you’re financially ready, don’t let interest rates alone stop you from exploring your options.

I was invited to experience Disney On Ice for the very first time at CFG Bank Arena, and I think my inner child was just as excited as the kids! 🥹❤️

Such a fun experience for families, couples, and honestly, Disney fans of all ages!
