This is great news for anyone looking for a mortgage. The thing to consider when looking for rates is that this reported low rate is for the very best credit borrower and use of mortgage. Other factors come into play when considering what your final rate will be i.e. rate term refinance vs cash-out refinance; primary residence purchase vs investment property.
