First time homebuyers no more! This lovely couple was determined to buy smart. What does that mean? to improve their scores before buying, to look into down payment assistance options to help with cost, to buy WELL under their max budget - leaving them with lots of breathing room to improve the home and not be too tight with their monthly payment.

Flor Maria Berganza their amazing realtor was on top of everything every. step. of. the. way! not only negotiating full 3% of seller subsidy, but also repairs being done before closing AND additional credits for the buyers, which allowed them to do a Rate Buydown Option where the interest rate started well below 5%!! isn’t that a deal! 😎
