Very excited to be recognized by Washingtonian Magazine for their Lifetime Achievement award. I feel like I am too young for lifetime awards, but I guess I qualify after more than 2 decades in the industry. I am one of the very few mortgage professionals that can say they have spent their entire career with 1 company, and I couldn't have gotten this far without the support of Intercoastal Mortgage, LLC. I firmly believe I have the best team in the mortgage business and share this honor with my right-hand man, Derek Cooper. 👉 On a FHA loan, if you have any money owed on your taxes and do not have enough funds to pay, you must have made a payment arrangement with the IRS and have paid 1 month's due.

If you currently have a judgment or have a lien from the IRS, you'll need to have a payment arrangement and have made 3 month's payment before you can close.
