I am a Real Estate Agent based in Fairfax, serving all of Northern Virginia. I believe the key to a successful real estate transaction is trust. “Buying a home is one of the most important financial decisions you will ever make. Who you work with matters.”

Born in Morocco to State Department parents, I was fortunate to have lived in Cameroon, South Africa, Miami, and England. I am also as local a

s they come, having attended elementary school in Falls Church and graduating from Herndon High School. “I have always called Northern Virginia my home. The culture, the diversity, and the opportunities make this area an outstanding place to live.”

Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years serving as a Government Contractor, working on programs that supported our nation’s security. “I am very proud of the missions I supported and the wonderful people I met while serving as a government contractor.”

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Strayer University and am also a proud alumnus of VCU. I enjoy the gym, tennis, camping, hiking, live music, and the dozens of festivals the area has to offer.

Selling a home is exciting, but don’t forget to budget for the costs along the way!

1. Repairs/improvements: to increase your home’s value
2. Staging: to make your home more appealing to buyers
3. Agent commission(s): ~3–6% of the sale price
4. Closing costs: title insurance, transfer taxes, and other fees
5. Moving expenses: movers, truck rentals, packing materials, etc.
6. Mortgage payoff: to settle your remaining mortgage balance at closing

Make sure you're prepared for all these costs before you list. Send a message for a free seller consultation!
