🏡 ANOTHER CLOSING! 🔑🎉
So honored to have helped Mr. Diaz purchase his second home! 🙏🏼🏡
This one has a special story behind it.
When Mr. Diaz came to us, he had previously worked with another lender, but unfortunately, he didn’t receive the guidance he needed to accomplish his goal of purchasing another property.
Then he connected with our amazing Realtor, Martha, who quickly referred him to me. ❤️
We got to work and created a PLAN. It didn’t happen overnight, it took us a few months, but Mr. Diaz followed my guidance, stayed committed to the process, and we were able to get him ready and pre-approved. 🙌🏼
Then came the fun part… house hunting! 🏡 He found the one, we quickly got to work on the loan, and even with a few rocks in the road, we got him to the finish line and closed quickly! 🔑🥳

I don’t shy away from challenging or unique loan scenarios. After many years in the mortgage industry, I’ve gained the experience to know that sometimes a “not right now” doesn’t have to mean “never.” Sometimes you just need the right plan, guidance, and team behind you.
👏🏼 And a HUGE shoutout to Martha Macias for negotiating a great amount of seller credit, which helped Mr. Diaz come to closing with less money out of pocket. That’s TEAMWORK! 💪🏼🏡
