This week, we’re excited to spotlight Nicole Kennedy, Director of Operations and a valued member of HTA’s Sr. Leadership Team, whose consistency and people-first approach play a vital role in supporting both our team and the clients we serve.

Nicole values being part of a workplace where people genuinely support one another and share a commitment to making a real difference. She’s especially passionate about HTA’s educational approach to Medicare, finding the work most rewarding when it empowers individuals with knowledge and confidence. That same passion for growth and care carries into her life outside of work, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters, traveling, reading, and baking sourdough.

Nicole leads with heart by supporting those around her, encouraging growth, and being available as a trusted resource—whether that means offering guidance, lending a hand, or simply taking the time to listen. Her leadership and care make a lasting impact across HTA.

This week, we’re proud to highlight Steffani Witmer, our Director of Human Resources and Finance and a member of HTA’s Senior Leadership Team. Steffani plays a key role in shaping the supportive, people-first culture that makes HTA such a special place to work. She values collaboration, accountability, and celebrating one another’s wins, and she brings that mindset into everything she does.

Steffani leads with empathy and intention, always taking the time to listen and consider how her decisions affect the team. Away from the office, she enjoys cheering on the Penn State Nittany Lions with her husband, making lasting memories at football games, wrestling matches, and reunions in Happy Valley.

Steffani’s leadership leaves a lasting impact on our team and our culture. Her commitment to people, integrity, and teamwork helps HTA continue to grow stronger every day!

Sarah isn’t just an amazing artist—she’s an amazing colleague. Her pieces are full of heart, depth, and a style that’s completely her own, and seeing that creativity showcased was such a proud moment.

This morning, members of our Business Development Team — Stephanie Berger and CJ Whitmire — along with our President Tracy Keesey, had the opportunity to attend the 2025 NAIFA Sales Congress.

It was an incredibly informative and energizing way to close out the year. We left feeling inspired, refocused, and motivated by the conversations happening across the industry.
