I had went through a few offers that didn't go through but she worked with me so that I wasn't paying for a bunch of appraisals each time until we had the property that we were able to actually move forward with. I was updated often whenever updates happened with my loan and even when changes were made they happened quick. Overall Great experience and she was extremely helpful and supportive during it all.
