Week 8 of Meet the Team has arrived! 👋

This week’s spotlight shines on Thomas Wagner! Thomas brings his technology skills to the team every day, driven by a deep sense of motivation, his family and the sacrifices they’ve made.

Whether he’s soaking up the sun in his favorite vacation spot, Margate, NJ, or out on his skateboard 🛹, Thomas is always up for something fun. And while many people are surprised to learn he skates, it’s just one more thing that makes him who he is.

We’re excited to have Thomas as part of the Delphi team and look forward to seeing all he continues to accomplish. We’re lucky to have him with us!

Members of the Delphi team recently attended the SEI Discovery Forum at SEI’s headquarters in Oaks, PA, alongside financial professionals from across the greater Philadelphia area.

The event offered valuable insights into industry trends, technology, and new ways to better serve the families we work with.

Another Week of Meet the Team!

Meet Andrew Norton, our Director of Insurance Planning! 👋

Andrew takes a complicated subject and makes it simple for our clients, and it’s what he enjoys most about his job!

Outside the office, you’ll find him boating, fishing, and crabbing on the Sassafras River in the summer, then hunting and snowmobiling in the colder months in Northern PA.

He’s also a big fan of our holiday traditions, from Friendsgiving to the white elephant exchange at Christmas!

This week’s spotlight shines on Ashley Black! Ashley brings a thoughtful and goal-oriented approach to everything she does, always remembering the importance of listening first and understanding the people around her.

Whether she’s studying, golfing, or hitting the slopes 🎿, Ashley is always up for a challenge. And while she once considered becoming a tornado chaser 🌪️, she found her way to a career where she gets to help others chase something even better, their goals.

We’re excited to have Ashley as part of the Delphi team and look forward to seeing all she continues to accomplish. We’re lucky to have her with us!

This week’s spotlight shines on Amanda Peabody! From lending a hand to a coworker in need to going the extra mile for clients, she consistently leads with heart.

She’s taken the leap out of a plane twice 🪂, but it’s the warmth and genuine care she brings to the office day in and day out that really sets her apart. Amanda knows that when we pour more care into our work, our clients feel the difference.

Amanda embodies so much of what makes the Delphi team great, and we feel fortunate to have her bringing the Delphi Way to life every day. 💙

And the celebration continues tomorrow, it’s Amanda’s birthday! 🎉 She’s truly the office’s ray of sunshine, and we hope she has a wonderful day!

July was a month full of growth, connection, and great memories at Delphi WMG!

Our office sunflowers have officially started to bloom! It’s been exciting to watch them grow throughout the summer, adding a little extra sunshine around the office. 🌻

We took some time to enjoy a team BBQ, where Brandon kept everyone well-fed as our grill master with burgers, hot dogs, and chicken. It was a great opportunity to step away from our desks, enjoy lunch together, and spend time as a team. 🍔

Kevin & John’s family traveled to San Diego for the 2026 Osaic Advisors Seminar, where they had the chance to learn, connect with industry professionals, and even snap a fun photo after running into Batman! 🌴

We’re thankful for the opportunities to learn, grow, and spend time together. Here’s to making more great memories as we head into August!
