● Document daily activities including call notes, opportunities, and scheduled appointments
● Complete additional admin work as needed

According to HBR's March Local Market Update, single-family home sales in Mililani rose 167% while the area's median sales price increased by 26% compared to last March. Overall inventory of single-family homes on O’ahu remains down practically island wide.

The condominium/townhome market saw high sales growth in March. Sales volume in Waikiki climbed 88% though the median condo sales price dipped a modest 2% since the same time last year.

According to HBR's December Local Market Update, sales of single-family homes in Ewa Plain neighborhoods rose 34%, with properties on the market for a median of just seven days. The area's median sales price increased by 10% since last December.

In the condominium/townhome market, sales in the Mililani area increased 43%, with a median Days on Market of eight days. The median sales price of condos in the area rose 17% since the same time last year.
