- Took time to answer all our questions via call, cell or text in timely fashion.
Dan's team battled with Taylors HR team to get the fully underwritten pre-approval closed out in advance.
- Routine communications about where we were at in process, what to expect next and the why's behind it.
- Joanna was super responsive, met us in 20 minutes, last minute on a weekend to help us get our house. Also helpped us get 2-1 buy down!
- We have a few friends who went with a different company & realtor, and they had significent complaints about the entire process. Again ours was so seemless from start to finish, it was a walk in the park, very happy we picked this team.

Every moment we had to go through the process of buying our home Dan, Daniel, Jason, Magree, Charles and so many more helped in ways that blew our minds. You guys made this home buying experience go from teriffying to exciting, anytime i had a question Dan and his team were a text or call away AT ANY TIME. Which so amazing. We had a 3 week close and worked so hard to make it happen and we couldn't of been more happy . With our Realtor Nikki working Hand in hand with us and Dan just made everything so Easy. Please give yourselves a big pat on the back because we couldn't have done it without you. Ill I'll always recommend Dans team because they don't treat you like a client they treat you like family thank you again guys.
