Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid-based role based in Everett, MA, for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The main responsibilities include building relationships with clients, assisting them in purchasing, selling, or renting properties, and guiding them through every step of the real estate transaction. Additional duties include providing property consultations, conducting market analysis, staying updated on market trends, and meeting sales objectives. The candidate will also attend training sessions and contribute to enhancing the overall client experience through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge and experience in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate processes
Strong expertise in Sales and exceptional Customer Service skills
Ability to participate in and benefit from professional Training sessions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships and manage client expectations
Valid real estate license in Massachusetts
Familiarity with the Boston area market is a plus
Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are advantageous
