Candidate must have efficient computer skills, have an upbeat and positive attitude, be hard working, be willing and able to work in our office during the training period, have prior customer service experience speaking with customers on the phone, and have both amazing verbal and email communication skills.
No prior insurance experience is necessary, BUT Candidates must be able to obtain their insurance license within 30 days of employment as well as pass a background check.
As I mentioned, we are requiring that our new team members train and work in our office during the training period, but this position is flexible moving forward on being able to split their time in the office and working from home.

YES! We are still here and available Monday-Friday at our Office (hours may vary as we are working on staggering office hours for each team member). Our lobby is closed for in office visits, but know that we are still here to help you and your family and/or business for your Insurance needs.

We know it’s tough out there right now, for everyone, which is why I am so incredibly proud of the recent (like, as of yesterday) discounts we are offering our current Restaurant and Retail Location clients for the month of April and May, and now this, less than an hour ago, we are so excited to finally announce that Farmers is offering 25% back on your Farmers Auto Bill for the month of April!
If you are a Farmers Client, no need to do anything, we’ll take care of it on the back end.
AND in case you missed it: We’re extending coverage, for NO additional charge, to customers with Farmers-branded auto and motorcycle policies who have started making food, grocery, pharmacy and medical supply deliveries using their personal vehicles through April 30, 2020.
AND Farmers is temporarily pausing policy cancellations due to non-payment, from now until May 1, 2020. We will also WAIVE ANYlate fees. This means that without any action required from customers, they now have until May 1 to make any payment due on Farmers®-branded auto, and home policy.

In response to COVID-19, I have given our team members the opportunity to not come in if they feel it unsafe or if they are unable due to family circumstances.

Although we have taken every measures to ensure the health and safety of our team and those that have entered our office in the last couple of weeks, and will continue the same cleaning measures, we will be closing our Lobby for in person visits.

The mail slot in the front of our office will continue to be monitored on a daily basis (except weekends).

We WILL be available to still service our Clients via phone calls, emails, FB Messenger, and via text messages during our normal business hours and for emergency's such as Claims concerns.

I greatly appreciate your understanding and I want you to know that we are here to support you, your families, and your businesses in whatever way we can.

Feel free to reach out to me directly if you are a Business Owner or you have lost or are worried about losing your job due to COVID-19.

Our office will be Closed Today due to weather conditions. For those of you who can stay home and enjoy the snow day; have fun and stay warm. For those of you who have to be out on the roads; please drive safely and remember to to take it slow. And if you unfortunately need to get in contact with us due to a Claim, you can still call our office at 425-353-2952 BEFORE you call the claims number. Or send me a direct message.

Our office is closing early, at 2pm today and will reopen on Wednesday the 2nd at 8am.
