2020 marks 10 years of Noah & Becky Hurley being business partners! In the Fall of 2010, Hurley Ranch was born in Evansville, Wisconsin.
Noah, a native of Evansville, Wisconsin has lived and worked in this community his entire life. Before he could drive a car, he had landscaping clients that his mom dropped him off at to work on their landscapes before school. And so his hard work ethic began. I (Becky Hurley) moved to Evansville in 2009 and met Noah in my front yard while he was installing the lawn. As they say, the rest is history!
We started fixing and flipping homes and buying rental properties in the Fall of 2010 exactly one year before our wedding and continued from 2010-2015. In 2014, I quit my job to become a full time entrepreneur and join Noah in the real estate business. That was quite a year! Whew! Coming from being an employee to being an entrepreneur was quite the shakeup to our financials and our way of life. But now, we wouldn’t have it any other way!
In 2015, Hurley Homes began! The fix and flip homes were slowing as the foreclosure crisis began to get cleaned up and so we began building brand new homes and continue to do so today! Our goal has always been to provide exceptional quality construction. And we mean starting from the ground up, the beautiful craftsman aesthetics that we put into our homes are always a plus but it all starts with a great foundation and great bones to the home. We do not cut corners in the construction of a home. We strive to provide exceptional customer service walking side by side with our homeowners every step of the way. In September 2019, we celebrated building our 50th home milestone! We surprised our 50th homeowner in the driveway with balloons and a cake. It was an exciting accomplishment!
In 2015, Hurley Realty began! Becky got her real estate sales license and brokers license mostly to sell our own homes. However, now we are growing to have more real estate agents and we are excited to grow our realty business! As real estate agents we have the advantage and backing of a construction company, hundreds of contractors and other professionals to help our clients get their homes in tip top shape before they list them for sale. We go the extra mile and help our SELLERS with repairs, finishes, decorating, staging and of course getting amazing PHOTOS to make sure their home looks its best. We also know the market and work to get our clients the best possible price for their home! Also, if you are not building a new home, we help BUYERS find an existing homes. We can spot problems before we get too far into a home and move on to the next home if need be. We have our customers best interests in mind. We make the home buying or selling process as smooth as possible with open lines of communication and utmost honesty and integrity along the way.
In 2020, Hurley Rentals began. Starting with a small foreclosure in 2010 to several dozen rental properties in 2020, we have come a long way! We are excited to diversify our company into rentals and offer rental housing to our customers all around the Evansville, Wisconsin area. We also own several commercial warehouse properties that we rent out for several commercial companies as well.

We go the extra mile to ensure our customers have a high quality custom home building experience, realty transaction and rental occupancy.
