On behalf of Jeff Farnsworth State Farm Insurance, please stop in next week to say hi, share a story or memory, and give Jeff a hug or high five.

For 40 years, Jeff had been committed to working tirelessly to serve and protect our community. Similar to our police officers, but his job has been to protect our most valuable assets, our homes, autos, lives and the unforeseen.

Most importantly, our loved ones when the unexpected happens.

He’s been through it all and handled “the worst case scenarios” we all hope to never be in. He brings hope, security, and comfort in a really unique and special way anyone who knows Jeff already knows. With his servant leader heart and calm confident voice, he’s been a pillar in our community for over 4 decades. Our community has been blessed to have him call Evansville home.

It’s time for him to enjoy his family, watch his grandchildren grow, and read with his white dog Scooby on the screen porch.

He has given so much to Evansville and we’re excited to honor him together.

Dear State Farm Clients,
As with many of you, we were stunned by the hail storm last Friday morning.

In 5 days, over 750 claims had been submitted through our office. Many claims adjusters are in Evansville and surrounding areas evaluating damage on homes, autos, and property. They are working quickly and contacting policyholders as soon as they possibly can.

Customer service is our top priority and we are working diligently to return phone calls, emails, texts and help you with your claims. We have also expanded our team to handle the additional work in our office and to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. We still have an abundance of voicemails to review and return. Our sincerest apologies if you have called and have not had a return call yet. We want to express that our office is doing our best to get back to everyone.

We appreciate your patience during this challenging time. We also have enjoyed seeing many faces still smiling despite the current stressors. “Like a good neighbor”, you’re also here for us and we’re grateful.

If you are currently still waiting to submit your claim or hear back from us, please consider these steps first:

-Submit a claim on the State Farm App (Recommended and takes less than 5 minutes!)
-Call 800 732-5246 to submit your claim or check status with State Farm Claims
-Send an email or call our office
-Stop in during office hours M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
