🎉 Big News for Indiana Medicare Clients!

Indiana’s new Birthday Rule gives Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policyholders a special opportunity each year around their birthday to switch to another plan of equal or lesser coverage — without answering health questions.

That means:

✔ Same strong coverage

For years, many people felt “stuck” in higher premiums because of health conditions. This rule changes that.

A federal judge has vacated the rule that threatened to dismantle the independent broker channel. This ruling ensures seniors and all Medicare beneficiaries continue to receive unbiased, trusted guidance from brokers who put their needs first.
👉 Judge O’Connor ruled CMS exceeded its statutory authority by capping administrative payments and restricting how compensation is structured.
