My coaches chair has looked very different the past several years. You have to give a ton of grace to folks and know when to be serious and when to crack jokes to lighten the mood. The Goal is to move everyone forward and remind them why we practice.

Just wanted to send a quick shout out to our clients. We do our work early and often so when we hit times like these we have more important things to discuss like anniversaries, promotions, birthdays etc. When we hit financial plan milestones, it usually results in tasty deserts from Cherry Blossom bakery.
