Happy New Year! Wishing you all a great start to 2022. In these uncertain times we have embraced the small celebrations. We are so thankful to celebrate another year in the mortgage industry and for our clients that trust us in helping them achieve homeownership.

In 2019, we celebrated the expansion of our team when Callahan Wolverton joined us. This year, we are celebrating another new addition to our team. Dylan Feierabend transitioned from a career in accounting as a Certified Public Accountant to a career as a Mortgage Advisor. Dylan is committed to providing excellent customer service and being a resource to his clients. Coming from a large family where someone is always willing to lend a helping hand, he strives to extend this ideal to his clients.

If there’s one thing this pandemic has taught us at Key Mortgage is that we are all in this together. May 2022 bring you health, happiness, and new adventures! Should that new adventure be homeownership, we are here to support you through the process.

County of Humboldt - Government is offering the

*SAFE HOME PROGRAM*

A program designed to provide homeowners who have UNPERMITTED residential and residential accessory structures or additions on their property the opportunity to permit those structures and avoid any penalty fees.

Now through December 31, 2022, the Planning and Building Department & Division of Environmental Health will waive penalty fees associated with construction permits (all customary permit fees will still apply).

NO JOKE: We're celebrating our 16th business anniversary today! We've come a long way from flip phones and fuzzy scarves but one thing that hasn't changed is our commitment to providing the best mortgage service in Humboldt County.

Our branch was honored to participate in American Pacific Mortgage - NMLS #1850’s food bank giving challenge! Collectively, APM’s branches were able to raise $200,000 in donations to local food banks. APM generously matched our donations 100%, donating a total of $400,000 to local and regional food banks during this trying time. 💙💛🤍

APM asked our employees to make donations to local, regional, or national food banks of their choice in December and the company would match those donations.

With employees donating over $200,000, we as an organization contributed over $400,000 to various food banks across our footprint.

It’s been inspiring to see our employees engage with this desire to give back and share in some of our good fortune. What a phenomenal way to end 2020. ❤️

The APMCares Foundation was founded to advance the company’s social responsibility initiative by organizing and providing the means for our employees and partners to serve our communities through financial and time donations.
