Electric cars aren't as new as you might think! 🚗⚡

They actually date all the way back to the 1800s, and by the early 1900s, they were a pretty popular way to get around. Gas-powered cars eventually took over, but electric vehicles have certainly made a comeback!

Tokyo Tonkatsu has officially made our list of downtown Eugene favorites 😋

We’ve been in for dinner, and everything was delicious. Great service, plenty of good food, and definitely a place we’d happily go back to. Safe to say, we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Tip Tuesday 🏡

Homeowners insurance can feel like a lot, especially when you’re not quite sure what all those coverages actually mean.

Here are a few things your policy may help cover:
• Your home and other structures on your property
• Furniture, clothing, and other belongings
• Certain injuries or property damage you may be responsible for
• Additional living expenses if you can’t stay in your home after a covered loss

Tsunami Books is right down the street from our office, so it’s safe to say we’ve spent our fair share of time browsing the shelves.

There’s something special about having places like this so close by. A good local bookstore, shelves you can get lost in, and another reason to support the businesses in our own neighborhood. We’re pretty lucky to have Tsunami Books just down the street!
