As we approach 2026, I wanted to share the new hours that we will be open for the public for each day of the week, as we are modifying our time open to the public. Our new hours are as followed:
Mon-Thur open from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday open from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

You will still see vehicles at the office with us here, as we will use that time to continue to process service work and get a hold of our customers as needed.

Before/after hours appointments accepted on case-by-case basis, so if you need to meet with any of the staff here at the agency, simply call or text us at 712-362-3843 and we will gladly meet with you.

Due to popular demand I have placed a deposit box in the front entrance (south side of my building facing hwy 9 and it is located just to the left of the door). I will soon get that signed so people see it better, along with our new hours on both doors but I need warmer weather and the sign folks to stop out.

PLEASE START USING THE BILL DROPOFF BOX FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! We will normally process the bills the day you drop them off unless it's dropped off after hours, then we will process them next day.

I wanted to wish Julie Olsen a happy 1 year anniversary at my agency! Julie is an extremely hard working employee who is always determined to get the right answer, never (and I mean never) takes shortcuts or the easy way out and is extremely persistent in being consistent in her everyday work habits with very little downtime. If u see Julie today please wish her a happy 1 year with many more to come!!

I just wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation for the many, many years of hard work and loyalty that Andrea Heard has given to my agency. Next week is Andrea's final week at my agency, and I am happy for Andrea as she starts the next chapter of her life with a new company doing something that she has never done before, and she will do great things there!! Thank you Andrea for your years of service to my agency, and for all your hard work and help during those years. You have given our customers great customer service and advice along the way.
With this in mind I would also like to welcome Julie Olson to my State Farm Team. Julie is new to the industry, however she has many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and customer service. She just passed her Property/Casualty test yesterday, and she is currently getting trained by Andrea with as much training as she can get before Andrea's last day (August 16th).
Please stop out and congratulate Andrea and wish her luck on her new venture!! We will miss you and we wish you luck in your future success!! Also stop in and meet Julie as she is eager to meet all of you!! We are very excited to have Julie on our team and primed for the next chapter of my agency!!

Happy Birthday to the sweetest gal around, Angela Miller! Angie has worked for our agency for over 2 years, but recently joined our team full time, and boy is she good at what she does here!!! The most excellent service you can find and the sweetest personality in the entire world ❤️ she has excelled in her role here of sales and service, but the best thing she has done in this office is shining her positivity and kindness to us and all of our customers!
