Will mortgage interest rates stay the same in 2021? 📈
The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) says it believes the average rate for a 30-year mortgage will start at 2.9% in the first quarter of 2021 and gradually increase to 3.2% by the end of 2021. Looking even further down the road, the MBA has 2022 rates peaking at 3.6%.

So excited to share this story! My clients and dear friends had a very small window to find their replacement home after selling their condo and not to mention they have a baby due in February2021 😱! The pressure was on! ~
We had been on the hunt throughout the escrow of their condo, but given the current sellers market, limited inventory along with their contingent offer, we found that no sellers would entertain their offer. ~
Amazingly one of my friends, , was flipping a home that was PERFECT for them. She gave us an opportunity to put an offer on the house before it hit the market. It’s so crazy how these things happen! Out of all the houses we had seen, this one was THE ONE! 😍 ~
I am so beyond grateful to know Ashley and thankful to have been able to help my friends buy this beautiful home for their growing family. My heart is so full ❤️❤️
