The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum criteria: have reliable transportation, own a smart phone/computer/printer

The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets:
- basic HVAC troubleshooting and repair
- basic plumbing troubleshooting and repair
- basic electrical troubleshooting and repair
- apartment turns overs and upgrades (no cleaning or painting)
- appliance troubleshooting and repair
- vinyl tile flooring install
- basic carpentry

Example of Jobs candidate may be responsible for: running pex, window installing, trim work, hot water tank installation, glass block installation, concrete patchwork, gutter repair and installation, interior and exterior door installation, light and plumbing fixture upgrades (ceiling lights, faucets, etc), vinyl plank flooring installation, mini-blind installation, smoke and CO detector installation, washer/dryer hook up, moving appliances, furnace filter replacement.
