Hannah Hayes and Kayla McCandless joined the Frewsburg Fire Department for a visit to Robert Jackson Elementary School during Fire Prevention Week (and month!)! 🔥🚒 We brought along fun giveaways that shared important reminders with students about the importance of fire safety. For years, Paula’s Promise has been trying to encourage businesses and organizations throughout the City of Erie to LIGHT ERIE TEAL during September to bring greater visibility to ovarian and gynecological cancers. Unfortunately, getting participation has not been easy.
That is why seeing Great Lakes Insurance step up and help us shine a teal light on this cause means more to us than you may realize.
Every teal light starts a conversation. Every conversation creates awareness. And awareness can encourage women to learn the signs and symptoms, advocate for themselves, and seek medical attention when something doesn’t feel right.
