Business & Payroll
• Payroll tax deposits – due May 15 (monthly depositors)
• Nonprofit organization tax returns (Form 990 series) – due May 15 for organizations with a December 31 year-end
• Washington State excise tax returns – due May 25 (monthly filers)

Extension Filers
• If you filed an extension for your personal or business tax return, now is a great time to start gathering any remaining documents rather than waiting until fall

🚨 We’re Hiring! Full-Time Bookkeeper (Full-Cycle)
📍 Enumclaw & Puyallup, WA
💰 $50,000 – $60,000 DOE (with flexibility for the right candidate)
Aim Inc is growing and we’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team, working between our Enumclaw and Puyallup offices!
This role is perfect for someone who:
✔️ Enjoys working with small business clients
✔️ Takes pride in accurate, detailed work
✔️ Communicates clearly and proactively
✔️ Can manage multiple clients and stay organized
Our bookkeepers manage a portfolio of about 30–35 clients, with support from our Accounting Manager and team.
This is not an entry-level position—we’re looking for someone with solid bookkeeping experience who is ready to step in.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Full-cycle bookkeeping (reconciliations, payroll, financials, etc.)
• Managing multiple client accounts
• Communicating with clients and team members
• Helping keep clients organized and on track
• Supporting the team during tax season
🧠 What we’re looking for:
• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience managing multiple clients
• QuickBooks Desktop & Online experience (at least one, preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Someone proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
💼 What we offer:

• C-Corporation tax returns (Form 1120) – due April 15
• Sole Proprietor returns (Schedule C with personal return) – due April 15

Personal Income Tax Deadline (April 15)
• Individual tax returns (Form 1040) – due April 15
• First quarter estimated tax payments for 2026 – due April 15

Personal & Business Prep
• Final chance to submit W-2s, 1099s, and deduction documents
• Review brokerage, retirement, and investment statements
• Confirm any 2025 life changes (dependents, home purchases, major income changes)
