🚨 **Waiting on Your Refund? Here’s Why.** 🚨

If you claimed the
**Earned Income Credit (EIC)** or
**Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC)**

Your refund is affected by the **PATH Act**

The IRS is required to ** TEMPORARILY HOLD REFUNDS ** that include these credits for additional review.

Some clients may not see a refund date yet, but this does **NOT** mean there’s an issue.

Your refund is processing and will be released soon— this happens every year.

🗓 Most PATH refunds begin releasing mid-February**, with many taxpayers seeing deposits by late February, depending on bank processing times.

✨ No action needed if you’ve already filed.
✨ Everything is moving as expected.
