Sandy Smith
Sweet Franklin is a 5 year old French Bulldog who was surrendered to SNORT when his family felt that they could not give him the attention he deserved and needed. When he first came into SNORT’s care, little Frank had to learn to be comfortable with getting attention from people. Now, he can’t get enough of it! Frankie has become quite the velcro dog in his foster home and is showing his true personality as a sweet, lovable boy.
Franklin is a healthy guy and does not require any daily medications. Frank has showed interest in playing but had to stop and take frequent breaks when he got out of breath. He recently had surgery to open his nares, which will help with his breathing, and he is recovering wonderfully!
Frankie is mostly housebroken, but is still adjusting to being on a regular schedule and benefits from frequent potty breaks. A fenced-in yard is not required, but he would love one! Frank loves to just wander around and explore the great outdoors. In fact, sometimes he gets so consumed in his explorations that he needs to be reminded to go potty!
Franklin is a sweet, quiet, easy-going guy. An ideal home for him would be one in a quiet suburban or rural setting, without a lot of activity in the home. He deserves to be the center of someone’s attention after being lost in the shuffle amid the kids and dogs in his former home. Frank gets along fine with children and dogs but what he really loves is to be with his person. He would make a great work companion; as long as he can get outside for potty breaks throughout the day!
