24 YEARS. 8 MONTHS. AND TODAY IS THE DAY!

There really aren’t words big enough to adequately thank someone who has been part of your life and your agency for nearly a quarter of a century.

Leah has served thousands of customers. She’s worked beside us through seasons of growth and change. She’s trained and mentored people—including our own kids.

She’s celebrated our family’s milestones and allowed us to celebrate hers.

We’ve worked together.
We’ve traveled together.
We’ve laughed til we cried.
We’ve cried til we laughed.

Today we aren’t just celebrating an employee’s retirement.

We’re celebrating a woman who gave almost 25 years of loyalty, love, and service to this agency, the people in it and to our community.

LEAH, THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER YOU!

We love you, we’re grateful for you, and while we aren’t quite sure what we’re going to do without you around here…we couldn’t be happier for you as you begin this next chapter! ❤️

OH, the places we’ve gone!

One of the greatest joys of working together this long? We’ve gotten to see a little bit of the world together too. 🌏🦓🦏

Over the years we have been able to take some appreciation trips with Leah- and one we’ll never forget was taking Leah and Alan to AFRICA!

When someone gives nearly 25 years of their life helping you build something, you realize the greatest reward isn’t really the trip.

IT’S THE FRIENDSHIP YOU BUILT ALONG THE WAY!

And we’ve certainly had some amazing adventures.

FUN LEAH…
Apparently working here for 24 years and 8 months comes with a few unusual employee benefits. 😂

If you know Leah, you know it’s not ALL been work around here.

We’ve celebrated wins, dreamed up crazy rewards, laughed until we cried and somehow managed to have a whole lot of fun while taking care of our customers.

And yes…apparently office pedicures were once an acceptable performance incentive. 🤗

Leah has been game for so many of our adventures over the years - and our office simply would not have been the same without her!

Leah, you are loved and you will be missed! ❤️

LEAH & LEGACY…

This is Leah with our son Andy.

Years ago, she helped mentor him and helped us teach him this business. Today, Andy is a State Farm agent in Denver.

When you’ve been somewhere for almost 25 years, your impact can’t really be measured by policies written, phone calls answered or tasks completed.

It’s measured in PEOPLE.

People you’ve taught.
People you’ve encouraged.
People you’ve taken care of.
And people who are better because you invested in them.

Leah’s fingerprints are all over our agencies- and even on the next generation.

That’s a pretty incredible legacy! ❤️

MORE ON THE LEGEND- LEAH!
When you work together for almost 25 years, a whole lot of LIFE happens along the way ❤️

There have been birthdays and weddings, celebrations and hard days, dinners, trips, family milestones and more memories that we could possibly count.

Somewhere along the years, “our emloyee Leah” simply became AUNT LEAH.

Our kids grew up knowing her. Our families became intertwined. Alan became part of our family story right along with her.

That’s. one of the greatest gifts looking back over the years. We didn’t just get an incredible employee- we gained lifelong friends and family.

And we aren’t finished reminiscing yet…

IT’S HARD TO BELIEVE WE’RE ACTUALLY SAYING THIS…LEAH IS RETIRING!❤️

After 24 years and 8 months, Leah’s last day with our agencies will be Monday, August 31.

For nearly 25 years, she has taken care of our customers, helped train and mentor team members, celebrated countless milestones with us, and became so much more than an employee.

She’s simply family!

We’re going to spend this week sharing a few memories and celebrating the person who has meant so much to our agency and to so many of you.

And on Monday, we’d love for YOU to help us celebrate her!

🎉 Happy Birthday, Phil! 🎂

We’re celebrating Phil today at the Eaton Agency!

One of our favorite traditions is that every team member gets a custom birthday cake made by our amazing Executive Assistant, Melissa. She puts so much thought and creativity into making each birthday extra special, and today’s cake was no exception! ❤️
