We Received Two Large Fire Referrals Yesterday From Former Clients Which Is Always A Blessing.

In This Case One Was Grossly Underinsured With An ACV Policy.

They Didn't Know What That Meant.

We Gave A Review of the Policy and Educated On Their Options but We Did What Was Right In Our Mind And Didn't Accept The Claim As The Insurance Company Should Settle For Limits.

The Second Claim Had No Insurance Which We Have Talked With A Lot Of Families Recently In The Same Situation.

The Good News Is The House Is Free & Clear But It Will Be Hard To Recover From All The Damage.

Please Check Your Policy For Coverage Before An Event Hits Your Home or Investment.

State Farm Being Called Out In California, Missouri, & Oklahoma.

California's top insurance regulator says the state is seeking millions of dollars in penalties from State Farm after an investigation found the insurance company violated state law while handling claims from the Eaton and Palisades fires in 2025.

"Our investigation found that State Farm delayed, underpaid, and buried policyholders in red tape at the worst moment of their lives. That is unacceptable, and we are taking decisive action to hold them accountable," Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara said. http://spr.ly/6187BBw4hc
