A little about me – My history with real estate began as an investor, buying and selling my own residential and commercial land properties in Colorado, Kansas, Florida, Indiana and North Carolina while working in corporate sales for a $3 Billion Fortune 500 company. Today as a full-time Realtor I maintain licenses in both Colorado and Kansas. My clients benefit from the years of training and real-world experience I bring to the bargaining table on their behalf. I always reserve a portion of my schedule to assist first-time home buyers. Nothing is quite as satisfying as helping someone purchase their first home. The joy, excitement, and pride in that milestone are unlike any other. My approach is to listen carefully to what my first-timers say, learn what their needs are, understand what financial resources and limitations exist, and then to help them find a home that will meet those needs. Before we begin work, I like to have an initial meeting where I can explain the overall process and answer any questions you might have. Once we get started, I pledge to keep you fully informed of each step as we arrive there. I will communicate with the Realtor on the other side, as well as your financial adviser or mortgage broker, etc. and keep you apprised of that discussion. If you don’t yet have your team put together, I work with some of the best people in these fields and would be happy to provide you with referrals, if you wish.

RELOCATING TO OR WITHIN COLORADO

Having lived in Colorado for over 15 years, I’ve seen the Denver metro area change over the years and know where to point clients looking for stable investments with outstanding appreciation potential. I receive the latest information from local experts and respected news sources and will keep you up-to-date on relevant real estate news. I also preview properties in neighborhoods of interest before making price recommendations, so your decisions align with the market and fit within your personal and financial goals.
