This summer, CCIG is welcoming interns across Marketing, Human Resources, and Employee Benefits.
After wrapping up their first week, we hosted an intern social hour, giving employees across CCIG the opportunity to connect with the interns and welcome them to the organization.
As they’ve started their time at CCIG, we asked each of them a few questions to better understand their perspectives so far.
Ella Batson, a intern, is a rising senior at
Colorado State University studying Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. When asked about what she has enjoyed so far, Ella said, “I feel very fortunate to work with a team that is supportive of my learning and growth in a variety of functional areas, and I look forward to absorbing as much as I can during my time here.”
Jeffrey Hedrick, an Junior Analyst intern, is currently a student at University of Colorado Denver working toward a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics. One thing that has stood out to Jeff about CCIG’s culture in the first week is how everyone “truly operates as a team, and you can feel that energy as soon as you walk in the door.”
Campbell Kreider, a and intern, is a rising senior at
Indiana University Bloomington studying Marketing and Management. Campbell shared that her favorite moment from the first week has been seeing how all the departments work together, saying, “I’ve really enjoyed getting a behind-the-scenes look at how everyone collaborates. It’s clear that teamwork is a core value at CCIG, and you can see it in how each department supports one another and contributes to the bigger picture.”
We look forward to seeing how their perspectives develop and how they continue to grow throughout the summer.
