Forty years ago, CCIG began as an idea rooted in relationships and driven by the belief that you could build a brokerage differently. At last week’s 40th celebration, we honored everything that idea has grown into.

We spent the evening sharing the stories that shaped CCIG, from our very first conference table doubling as a ping-pong table to our famed tricycle races and countless stories in between. CCIG was built on a simple but powerful foundation: work hard, support each other, and have fun. Those guiding words remain central to our company today.

Our 40th Anniversary celebration also offered an opportunity to recognize Brook Mahoney's leadership and his vision for a culture where success is built together, and individual ambition strengthens the whole.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us at CCIG!

The best part of the holiday season is coming together for something bigger than ourselves. Our team delivered donations from CCIG’s 2025 to Denver Santa Claus Shop, which supports families across the area and is expected to serve more than 15,000 kids this year.

From LEGO sets and STEM toys to books, games, and craft kits, every donation helps make the holidays a little brighter for families in our community.

We kicked off our the best way we know how: great coffee, good conversations, and a moment to slow down and reconnect before the fun kicked off.

From a candy cane relay to the legendary oven mitt gift unwrapping challenge, the afternoon was packed with energy and laughs. More importantly, it was a reminder of the and teamwork that make CCIG such a special place to work. And thanks to a few raffles, several teammates left with gift cards and a little extra holiday cheer.

There’s nothing better than watching a kid take off on their very first bike ride!

Through our program, CCIG partnered with Wish for Wheels to make that milestone possible for second graders in .

Our Assurex Global partners built the bikes, and we had the privilege of delivering them and being there for those first wobbly (and unforgettable) rides.
