Our 3/2/1 temporary buydown program lets you make lower payments for the first three years of your mortgage. This can add up to thousands of savings each year!

Your rate doesn’t change, but the buydown program payment for the first year is equivalent to what it would be if your rate was 3% less than the national 30-year fixed rate. For the second year, your monthly payment is what it would be if your rate was 2% less—and for the third year your payment is what it would be if your rate was 1% less.
