Warning of a RANT: Completely frustrated with my current insurance brokerage company in the Farmington Valley and now I'm done. For the last two years they have altered my policy with NO conversation before doing so. Just picked up and changed it. For the last two years I've had a conversation with an Executive VP who tells me that I'm the only one who complains and it is their company policy that a conversation needs to happen with the customer before a change is made. Just to get a phone call 2 hours later to say a mistake was made and it won't happen again. Well now I am calling BS. Who in their right mind takes a policy down for a client with no conversation. Have they not heard of tariffs? Here's the funny part, the mortgage company I work with actually has a division that does insurance. So, I used it and my rate came back almost 20% cheaper...
