Join our team! New Standard Equities is seeking a Community Director for our charming Casa Serena Apartments located in Fremont, CA.
The Community Director is responsible for the overall operations of the community, including but not limited to:
· Maintains successful occupancy by managing the leasing process through CRM leads, tour scheduling, follow up, prospect application approvals, and unit make ready timing and standards.
· Leading, guiding and motivating the onsite team; team development.
· Monitoring financials, staff, operational performance, resident relations, community aesthetics, and managing third-party providers.
· Ensures alignment with company expectations of service standards and meeting revenue and expense targets.
· Supervises areas including the strategic, financial, and operational management of the property, optimizing net income through strict adherence of New Standard Equities’ policies and procedures.
