Right On! Escrow is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Escrow Officer to work in our beautiful office located in Encino.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Escrow Officer with the ability to bring over some book of business; we will also provide leadership and help you grow your business.

Must be a self-starter, demonstrate the ability to work independently and meticulously multi-task as needed in order to handle pressing deadlines and consistently exceed client expectations.

The Escrow Officer is responsible for establishing new escrow accounts, processing escrow transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, and providing first class customer service at all times.

The Officer must maintain full regulatory compliance consistent with industry guidelines at all times and lead by example by executing exceptional performance and prompt proactive communications with all escrow team members, clients and management.

Essential Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Escrow Officer must provide some book of business and must be open to building additional business.

• Officer will work from our escrow office located in Encino, CA.

• Audit escrow files and review work of escrow assistant team.

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications,
maintaining social media networks and participating in professional organizations.

• Provide guidance to escrow team in all aspects of escrow process, including training, mentoring and leading
by example.

• Must possess a professional calm demeanor and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced
deadline driven environment.

• Attract clients by contacting prospects; following-up on leads; explaining services.

• Accountable for consistently meeting business production level.

• Must maintain a positive attitude, flexibility and the ability to work well with a team.

• Minimum 3+ years escrow experience required.

• Additional responsibilities, skills, and duties may be assigned or required.

• MUST possess strong familiarity with Electronic software system.

• MUST be able to pass all DBO/EAFC background checks.

• MUST have 3 years+ escrow experience to be considered for this position.

We offer an excellent compensation package for this role including a competitive salary plus commission.
