I want to congratulate Matt Emery on another incredible year of the Mastermind Summit and on his new role as President.

Over the years, this has been the most valuable conference for the mortgage industry. Leading up to Covid it had lost some of its impact, but under Matt's leadership, the conference is absolutely back and is a MUST ATTEND experience.

It is so important to me to expose my kids to masters of their craft.

Recently, we had the opportunity to see the Lion King play, and I was not only entertained but also amazed by the human ingenuity and creativity that went into the production.

Watching a wildebeest stampede on a small stage that felt real was a testament to the endless possibilities of creativity and innovation.

From the set designs to the music and acting, it was clear that these people were experts. I love bringing my kids to experiences like this because it's inspiring to watch people who have chosen a path and become absolutely exceptional at it.

What small steps can you take today that will get you 1% better at your craft? That may seem like a small ask, but if you ask yourself that everyday, you will experience amazing results.
