Its Stress Awareness Month. Chronic stress can wreck havoc on our bodies - heart disease, depression and anxiety to name a few.

What do you do to lower your stress levels?

Whitney and Jen both love a good cold plunge! 40-45 degree cold water for few minutes each morning wakes the body up, calms the vagus nerve and helps to calm the parasympathetic nervous system.
