❄️ Temps are dropping — quick reminder to help prevent frozen pipes! ❄️
A few simple steps now can save you from a BIG headache later:
• Let faucets drip slightly (especially on exterior walls)
• Open cabinet doors under sinks to let warm air circulate
• Keep your thermostat set consistently day & night
• Disconnect outdoor hoses and shut off exterior spigots
• If you’ll be away, don’t turn the heat off completely
Frozen pipes can burst and cause serious water damage — and those claims add up fast. A little prevention goes a long way.
