Jessica Rojas is one of the most dedicated and committed real
estate agents in the nation. Coldwell Banker has been doing
business since 1906 and has grown to be one of the nation's
largest and most successful real estate companies. Jessica Rojas
is a crucial part of our team and is a Licensed Garden State
Multiple Listing Service Associate, New Jersey Multiple Listing
Service Associate, Hudson County Multiple Listing Service
Associate and Passaic County Board of Realtors. Jessica has over a decade of experience and in-depth training in
areas such as Real Estate Practice, Mortgages, Financing,
Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Investments,
and Creative Financing. She has a vast knowledge of distressed
properties including: Short Sales, REO's, HUD Properties and
Foreclosures. She recently received her Broker's License,
became a Commercial specialist and attained her Certified
Distressed Property Expert designation. She is a Chase
Preferred Agent and has also worked 3 years as a Mortgage
Consultant, making her understanding of today's competitive
market above everyone else. Jessica has lived in the Bergen County area for the past 15 years
with her family. She grew up in the Passaic County area and has
